what happened to the candy in ihouse?!mia.
it's interesting to know that an engin major is interested enough in a social science class to sit in during lecture. not just 1, but 2 lectures! haha. over lunch on tuesday with wilson eldwin leanne zk and hannah, leanne and i were just casually saying that wilson shd sit in with us for gender lecture because the prof is really interesting and so are the topics! he said it sounds good but of cos i didnt really think much of it, i mean pple make casual comments all the time, right. met him again on the way off from class on wednesday and he wanted to know the time of our gender lecture haha. and thursday he really turned up for genderlecture with leanne and i.haha.
leanne didnt feel too wel halfway through gender lecture so wilson sent her back. after that, it was so funny, cos she'll be taking notes from me for the both the gender class before lunch and the history class after lunch, so she asked wilson to keep me awake during history class and take notes! -_- haha. which he did la...nice enough to keep me company during history lecture if not i would haf fallen asleep again as usual. it's an after-lunch thingy.
lunch with zk and wilson on thursday was at a vietnamese place at the North Gate. met another singaporean guy there, a PhD statistics student. lunch was amusing. not only the subtle awkward moments, or the conversation, but also the look on wilson's face. hahahahaha. that new guy said some weird stuff...stuff that pple usually wont tell others. it was abit uncomfortable.
last wednesday's coffee hour at IHouse was themed LGBT. it was pretty cool actually, with the multitude of colours splashed around in the great hall, from the streamers hanging from the tall ceiling to the rainbow of colours of m&ms/hersheys kisses/fish biscuits/disney fairytales plastic cups...oh and the chocochip cookies and m&m cookies of course. yum!

the car ride from vacaville to krispy kremes yesterday wasnt so good. i asked hannah about gg to philly. like whether it would be a forced trip, forced not so much for me, but for him. like whether he would even want me to go visit. or whether it'll be inconvenient and time-consuming for him. i mean i dont really get positive vibes when u ask something and the other party's response seems vaguely luke-warm. only. or even worse, forced luke-warm. oh mann...
couldnt help thinking about it the rest of the ride back. thinking about what zk said, that maybe, just maybe it's not entirely over and done with. argh.

2nd time sara hannah and i have gone shopping together right after class ends on friday at 10am! woo hoo! leanne and wilson picked us up after school and we headed straight to the Vacaville Chealsea Premium Outlets about an hour's drive away from Berkeley. 2nd time at vacaville but we barely had enough time the last time there, that's why we decided to attack it again haha.
spent the least out of all my outlet shopping trips ever! those outlet trips last year were just scary, i must must must control abit this year before i'm left eating out of my pocket while travelling after the sem. found 2 tanks and 2 tubes, 1 long matted silver necklace with one side of a pair of wings for the pendant, 3 pairs of earrings (!), 1 photo album with padded covers covered in silver cloth and stars, gym pants from costco, Dark chocolate Truffles from Harry & David, 3 tubes of hand shea from Bath and Body Works and flipflops!
ooh ooh the best part of yesterday's shopping trip was after the shopping...wilson drove us to get Krispy Kremes!!!!!!!!! lalalala..erin's super happy now :) :) :) the original glazed donuts were heavenly. mmm mmm mmm. we bought a dozen among 3 of us girls..that's 4 per person. absolutely sinful!
we couldnt' resist, we started eating krispy kremes right after dinner. haha. and we finished all 12 pieces of happines last night! lalala! ate so much yesterday. there was breakfast after class, salad lunch halfway while shopping, choco chip cookies right after that, cinnamon danish for teatime, cookies again, and cookies again on the way back and dinner and krispykremes. too much ...eating too much.... :(
today is St. Patrick's Day. march 17...the day for green and gold, and shamrocks and beer. erm...maybe not exactly beer as part of st pat's day, but hey, it's Irish! haha. the Frat House opposite my room is having a blast. like literally. music is blasting outta their woofers and pple (in green) are just lying on the lawn soaking up the sun, picnicking (spelling looks weird), beer-guzzling and munching away on munchies. ahhh that's life. sit back and enjoy the saturday!
last minute, we decided to drive down south to oakland's chinatown for dimsum lunch today! so hannah and i rushed back after gym before leanne picked us up for brunch! dim sum there aint so fantastic really...crystal jade is even better..and don't even mention east ocean. omg. but but but....it was not bad, and egg tarts were yummy! 2 portugese egg tarts for each of us...mmm mmm mmm!!!!!!! didnt get to eat eggtarts the last time i was there, but today's was really good :) forgot to take pics of dim sum again though. 7 of us (ivan, weiling, zhikuang, wilson, leanne, hannah and i) were stuffed to the brim. and i'm still stuffed 2.5 hours later now at 3.30pm.
so much for getting into shape before the mexico trip next friday. bleah. spring break is nearly here!!!!!!!

did some shopping with hannah and sara 3 saturdays ago. in san fran again! we spent an entire day there, straight after class ended at 10am for all 3 of us, and still, we've not covered enough shops! i still have yet to visit my beloved hollister!we're such foodies, eat and eat and eat the whole day! lunch was fantastic --> authentic thai food at the "Bangkok" restaurant at Union Square with tom yam goong, tom gai goong, phad thai...it was sooooo good. better than both thai places i've tried here :)
since we were at san fran, and just 3 girls...how could we possibly leave out the Cheesecake Factory at macy's!!! so yea, we had kahlua cocoa coffee cheesecake and fresh strawberries cheesecake again. kahlua cocoa is my absolute favourite...mmmm mmmm mmmm, that's the 3rd time i've had kahlua. 3rd and counting!
clothes!!! bought abit of winter wear..such as the offwhite coat!!! check out the pic. ok the pic really doesnt do it any justice, but i'm not such a great photographer, so yea whatever. but it's a not-bad buy, not fantastically-wow-great buy, because it still cost quite abit. BUT!! it's a not-bad buy cos it's from esprit and i know it's defintely gg to cost soooo much more than what i paid if i found this in singapore :) lalala...
abercrombie&fitch....i heart! (alot alot alot!) but i havent quite added alot to my collection of a&f stuff yet. just Not Yet. spring and summer clothes are coming out! oh and there's urban outfitters also....it's so cute and ecentric, and i kinda do like the stuff there, and i have kinda bought quite abit of stuff from there (like 1 pouch + 1 bag + 1 tank + 1 babydoll top + 4 undies and i cant remember what else) and mainly because it's 7mins from IHouse, so it's conveniently on the way home from school all the time haha.
and of course of course there's VS!!! lalalalala! as of now, i have 10 bottles of lotion in my room, using 4 concurrently, with 5 out of the remainding 6 from VS. i must be mad. but i think i won't stop adding to the VS collection as yet. there's still the spring sale (hopefully) :)
been snacking soo soo much it's unbelievable. and look at the above pack of 8 packs of yummy reese's peanut butter cups...ahh! and i couldnt resist the 72% dark cocoa chocolate bar from ghiradelli nor hershey's special edition intense dark chocolate bar. mmm mmm mmm. adding to the waistline (and the hipline and the thighline...no more waistline already)
